I must say that I have never understood people who are writing complaints to different companies for different reasons. Whenever I heard that someone is complaining about the service or a product of the company I though that it is strange in a way. I mean it is our right but how can you waste so much time to write a letter, send it, only due to the fact that, for example, your rice that you bought looked outdated. Who would have guessed that I would be such a person as well. Maybe there is some difference as my complaint is connected with bigger amount of money and more serious subject. I will tell you what this is all about. I was attending a certain driving school recently where I wanted to take Theory test. Everything was OK and I thought that this company is trustworthy and very reliable. I was mistaken. When the time of the examination came, suddenly, my name was not on that list. And I could clearly remember when my date of the test was set. After some time they have fixed this problem and didnt even apologize me. When I entered the room it turned out that the staff is very rude. They didnt want to answer questions and what is even more frustrating the theory test didnt last as long as it was supposed to. Taking this into consideration I decided to write a complaint letter and send it to this driving school.
